So using how the military works and what degrees are in demand, Ghost would be criminally justice and Koenig would be business. I'd hear our politics.
Assuming that doesn't matter and this is a cool world where they could've gotten anything, I still think Ghost would do criminal justice or Psychology, I could also hear most of the other sciences out. He's canonically a smart character and I just think it would suit him.
Koenig would probably go for something like History or Accounting. Something that opens doors for a ton of jobs that don't require people constantly being around.
