Cisgenital
Cisgenital or Protogenital is a cissex label in which one feels comfortable with having the genitalia one was born with, regardless of gender. It is a term for someone who is not transgenital. Cisgenital people may or may not also have or desire other changes to their sex characteristics, that don't involve their genitals.
Cisgenital is not the same as cisgender. Transgender people who don’t plan to have sex reassignment surgery would be considered cisgenital. Additionally, not all cisgender people are cisgenital.
The difference between cissex and cisgenital is that one who is cisgenital may or may not want to change other sex traits, such as breasts, while one who is cissex does not desire to change any sex traits. This means that all who are cissex are also cisgenital, but those who are cisgenital are not always cissex.
It is unknown when the term was coined, however the earliest findable reference comes from FlagsforCisHets on Deviantart. The flag was coined by FlagsforCisHets on Deviantart.
Could you please elaborate on "altersex cissex"? what would that mean? I'm confused
okay, a cisgenital, cisgonadal or cissex person is someone having their original assigned natal sex (ASAB, sex at birth) intact or at least not modified, specially their genital, while at the same time, someone who is not transgenital, transsex nor transgonadal.
someone who is transsex idealize a sex different from their actual/original one or someone who sexually changed their sex traits and characteristics, i.e. hormone replacement therapy, genital surgery.
however and therefore, if a transgender don’t plan to transition physically, they are protsex/protosex but they still don’t feel represented by the post-sex binary, so that they are technically a form of altersex.
Isogenital
Also called isosex, it is a term used by folks who feel their sex can neither be classified as cisgenital nor transgenital.
