CITIZEN 😇F HEAVEN 📖 Hebrews 13:14 For here we have no permanent city, but we are looking for the one which is to come. 🤔What does it mean to live as a citizen of Heaven? 🤔What does it look like to live as a citizen of heaven? 🙋🏼♀️The writer of Hebrews makes it clear that the world isn't our home we're meant to look forward to a home that is yet to come. Part of what that means is that we can expect suffering while we are here on earth. Suffering unites us with Jesus Christ and we are not to fear or shine away from it. Rather than conceal our lives around trials trying to stay safe, secure, and free from discomfort. We're invited to establish our lives around generosity. 🤔 What might that look like for you? 💁🏽♀️ Looking at people who are looking forward to means that we show Hospitality to strangers then fearing them. It means we remember those who are in prison and those being mistreated. It means we don't love money.
