TodoDekuMomo Drabble, please?
Midoriya was sitting at the table when Momo entered the kitchen, staring at his notebook so intently that he didn’t see her enter. She watched him curiously a moment, wondering what he was so absorbed in, before deciding to go over to his side.
“What are you working on, Midoriya? Do you need help studying?” She asked. He rarely asked her for such a thing, but she was excited at the idea that she could help him.
“No, I’m trying to memorize my hero notes.”
“Hero notes? For class?”
“No, just things I’ve observed about heroes on the news and stuff. I’ve done this since I was little.” He was blushing a little as he explained, but he held his notebook slightly in invitation. “Do… you wanna look?”
Momo smiled brightly as she moved to sit beside him. “Alright!”
Momo and Midoriya were sitting close together when Todoroki entered the kitchen. Momo was whispering and pointing to the notebook between them and Midoriya was nodding excitedly before pausing to scribble something down. He watched for a moment curiously before he continued what he’s come to do. He took down three mugs, glancing toward them every few minutes as he moved around the kitchen quietly.
The two only noticed him when he placed the tray of three mugs in front of them. Todoroki took a seat across from them as he asked, “What are we looking at?”
Midoriya looked sheepish as he took a mug of tea, bring it to his lips but not drinking. He was using to hide behind, but that was alright.
Momo smiled brightly as she said, “Midoriya was showing me his hero notes. He’s really observant!” She took the mug from the trey, but just wrapped her hands around it for now.
“Oh?” Todoroki looked a Midoriya. “Can I see?”
“You…want to?” he asked hesitantly. He pulled the mug closer, using it as a barrier.
“I do,” Todoroki told him simply.
The smile that followed lit up Midoriya’s face. He put his mug down and pushed the tray aside, putting the notebook in the center of the table so that they could all see. He looked excited to be sharing this with them and Todoroki was happy to be included. Momo shared a smile with him, clearly feeling the same, before they returned their attention to Midoriya’s excited explanations.
