Bonus question not on the adulting list: three celebrities you’d like to see host The Muppet Show

Fuuuuuuck that is an EXCELLENT question.

Obviously Pedro Pascal. The man has the joy of a Muppet and I would pay big bucks to watch him melt with happiness surrounded by felt and funfur chaos.

Gwendolyn Christie. I just... let her do everything. She is my answer to everything.

David Tennant and Michael Sheen. The Staged crossover we did not know we needed. Please. I beg of you, make it happen.

Also? Brett Goldstein. Let the man live out his full Muppet fantasy.

And an honourable mention for Tim Curry because although he acted with Muppets in Muppet Treasure Island, he never hosted the The Muppet Show which I think is a tragedy and now the days are past when he could.

Also? No offence to Sabrina Carpenter but I think Chappell Roan would have been a lot more fun to throw in to the Muppet mix.

Thanks for sending me this :) In return I can share a recipe for a quick Polish dish called łazanki. I don't know if it'd be your kind of thing, but it's a type of pasta (and who doesn't like pasta).

What you need is:

- quadrucci pasta (I mean, you can pick any type you want, but classically we use this)

- bacon (quantity depends on your own preferences; you can also skip meat entirely or replace it with mushroom)

- sour cabbage

- caraway seeds

- marjoram

- ground pepper

How to prepare:

Slice bacon into small cubes (or thin slices) and fry it on the pan. Add sour cabbage onto the pan and cook it for about 20-30 minutes. In the meantime boil pasta. Add a bit of marjoram, caraway seeds and ground pepper to the cabbage-bacon mix. When pasta is cooked, rinse it and mix it with cabbage. Tada!

Top 3 things/places I should see in the Pacific Northwest?

1) The Oregon Coast. Going to the ocean is my escape. It’s over some gorgeous coastal mountains with lovely little streams and green recovering forests from overlogging, and then suddenly, you see the mists on the horizon and you break through the trees to see the glorious ocean cresting on the rocks or the smooth sand. The water is cold and wild and you feel alive in the wind.  

2) Pip’s Donuts. Freshly made bite size morsels of donuts drizzled with honey and nutella and a sprinkle of salt, chased down with a spiced chai latte. @wowbright introduced me to it and it’s one of my favorite donut places in Portland (and there are many). 

3) I do tend to be more of a nature girl, so a drive out on the old highway through the Columbia Gorge where you stop at the waterfalls and watch Mount Hood get large and larger in the window.
