You know how to meditate, now what?

If you have been practicing meditation for some time, you should now be able to retain your focus and clarity, to accept your thoughts and your bodily sensations, at least to the degree that they do not hinder your focus. Well done! As was previously mentioned, this is crucial in energy manipulation. Now, an exercise in imagination. While meditating, envision an everyday object -like an apple- in your hand. See it as vividly as possible, make it as tangible as you can. Perceive it with all your senses as if it were physically there. While doing so, know that however real or unreal the object may appear, it IS vivid enough. The goal is not to transport the object into your hand, the goal is to teach yourself to feel something that is not physically there.

Edgar Cayce was an American Clairvoyant and Psychic at the turn of the last century. After being out under hypnosis, Cayce entered a trancelike state of altered consciousness. In this state, Cayce diagnosed illnesses and medical terms that he knew nothing of awake (some of which had not even been discovered yet at that time). He was able to predict things as they were happening, he spoke of past lives in Neolithic societies, he predicted the stock market crash of 1929, the fall of communism, and cataclysmic earth changes that would send cities tumbling into the sea (global warming). Through his “readings”, Edgar Cayce has become the most well documented psychic of the twentieth century.

The room is dimly lit, decorated in a deep shade of purple. A velvet cloth is draped over the table, beneath the crystal ball that resembles a lava lamp with its obscure shapes all in various shades of purple. 

Zayn presses a finger to his lips, signalling for the audience he's accumulated to fall silent. He clears his throat, eyes firmly closed. Across the table, the blonde haired archangel is scanning over Zayn's demeanour with piercing blue eyes. 

'OK,' Zayn airs, bluntly. A few bystanders become startled. 

Louis isn't sure where to look, eyes darting between the crowd that he's now become sandwiched between, Zayn's concentrated posture or the worrisome looking archangel. He opts for Zayn, pressing his bottom lip together in anticipation. Louis' heart races. 

Zayn hums, wiggling his fingers that are an inch apart from the sphere. He's sporting a ring on every finger, one more obscure than the last. His golden ring that harbours a blood red stone, contrasts against the purple splodges that are climbing up the inside of the glass. It's as though it's following Zayn's energy, mixing and morphing together. A lilac coloured sparks from inside the ball, like a lightning bolt. 

'It's no good,' Zayn sighs. He opens his eyes, letting his hands fall limply around the crystal ball. 

'What, what do you mean?' He stutters in reply. An Irish twang is present and it takes Louis by surprise. 

'You're not focused enough. Your trust in my ability and belief is slim to none,' Zayn scolds.

The archangel's face falls, with parted lips. Louis transfers his gaze between the pair, watching them converse.

I cried two minutes ago for visualizing myself being free in nature, the place was like from the scandinavian era. I cried and thought “I miss my past life so much” but I don’t even know where that thought come from. It is unbelievable the connection I feel towards forests and nature, I feel like I lived there before but in a very old era in comparison to today. There was one time when I meditated with an old lady who was my spiritual mentor on this earthly plane and she transferred her energies to me so I could reach a higher meditational state so I started to see like I was an eagle flying between some high mountains, then that scene suddenly changed and I was a sea turtle traveling with my group and finally I was a long haired lady who was standing in front of the sea and there were dead bodies floating, the sea had a really negative energy in that zone and as soon as I stepped a foot on the sea, I brought a really strong white light to the sea and liberated those dead people who where stuck in there. The sea was like new again and I felt like someone was in deeply gratitude towards me because I worked liberating those people and cleansing the sea. Nowadays I live in a beach city and I go everyday to meditate to the coast, las time I had a visualization of the sea calling me and envolving me with a delicated blue light, like if the sea was protecting me or similar.
