How many times do I have to be diagnosed with trauma related things, that the doctors EXPLICITLY SAY IS DUE TO TRAUMA, for my dad to stop telling me to "forget all that" or whatever the frick?
It's not "PC bullshit", I GREW UP LIKE THIS AND IT HAS AFFECTED MY BRAIN AND IT'S NETWORKS. DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW THE BRAIN WORKS?
It's not "putting a label on something and making yourself out to be a victim and oh woe is me", it's "okay so there's a reason I'm like this. Let's avoid these things and work on those things to get better."
