My mom's graduation from Clown School
Jews and Muslims stand on the brink of something that promises a new dawn of understanding and coexistence, shattering old dogmas and yaying the many nay-sayers. It's powerful. It's pungent. It's parasite-laden. It's pork. And we're living testaments to its unprecedented potential to solve an age-old conflict.

Remembrall '98: Harry Potter
Congratulations, Hogwarts Class of 1998! Please reflect on your experience at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry by answering some questions about your time at this esteemed institution.
Name: Harry James Potter
Favorite Memory: Finding out I was a wizard is, to this day, the best memory I have.
Favorite Class: My favorite class has always been Defense Against the Dark Arts, despite the constant change to the professor.
Least Favorite Class: My least favorite class was Divination – I never saw much.
Favorite Teacher: My favorite professor was Professor McGonagall. She was always supportive of me, even if she was a bit stern.
Least Favorite Teacher: The worst professor was Umbridge, if you count her as a professor.
Who is a classmate that you wish you got to know more during your time at Hogwarts? I think getting more familiar with any Slytherins could have been nice, especially during the war. It’s a shame they felt like our enemies and I wish I had done more to change that.
What were your go-to snacks? Pumpkin pasties!
What Hogwarts professor do you wish was head of your House? I wouldn’t trade Professor McGonagall for the world.
What would you change about your time at Hogwarts? If I could have spent more time in class or on the Quidditch pitch and less time having to save the world, that would’ve been great!
What was the most surprising thing you learned about yourself during your time at Hogwarts? Other than that I was a Horcrux? It was nice to learn that family is whomever you choose, not just what you’re born into.

In which I know myself… Another old post from 2015, that is somehow perfect for Twenty Year Reunion. Although my reunion was in 2018, this little gem was written by my 1998 self.
Just days after President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi of Egypt met with President Trump in the White House, receiving an effusive reception, Trump nominated Jonathan R. Cohen, the acting permanent representative of the United States to
So the much-bragged-about BJU graduate who is working in the UN? Sounds like there might be a testimony problem.
Cohen’s likely departure for Egypt means that the US mission to the UN might be operating with only one ambassador, Cherith Norman Chalet, unless Knight Craft’s nomination is expedited before Cohen leaves. Chalet was confirmed by the US Senate in September as the US ambassador for UN management and reform and alternative representative to the General Assembly. She led the US delegation to the annual global women’s rights conference at the UN, held in March.
Her delegation’s behavior during the negotiations on the conference’s final document was called “bonkers” by one diplomat, as the US tried, among other steps, to strip the document of references to the sexual reproductive and health rights of women and girls, claiming the language connoted abortion. Chalet is a Trump-nominated ambassador who is a graduate of Bob Jones University.
What was “bonkers” about it? From an earlier report:
The US mission to the UN has been without an official ambassador this year so far, leaving it vulnerable to having to strictly follow directions from Washington. This year’s representatives to the CSW were led by an ambassador from the US mission to the UN, Cherith Norman Chalet, but most of the people on the delegation were not professional diplomats.
Chalet was appointed by President Trump last year to lead the US in management and reform issues at the UN. She is a graduate of Bob Jones University, a Christian institution. In her final speech, she quoted two men, President Trump and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, on the American positions of women’s rights.
Yes, the Class of 1998 BJU alum should learned better in Speech 101, for Pete’s sake.
Had an amazing time at the Pequot Lakes Class of 1998 Reunion up in the North Shores of Duluth! i Graduated 2yrs before in 96′ but since i Peaked in High School i had to attend,,
