If you’ve never sat in your floor naked after a shower and played your primary instrument with the notes that have been building within your soul for weeks now…
Are you even really a musician?

I made this playlist a while ago, on Indian classical music. Well, it's only at a very surface level but I think it might help someone who doesn't know where to start with Indian Classical.
I'm not educated enough to talk about the richness and diversity of the Classical Music of India, so here's a few videos instead.
These are some of my favourite pieces and artists. There are also a few introductory videos and a personal introduction on Raagas by Pandit Ravi Shankar.

So I had my first lesson with Rhonda Larson on Wednesday, and we dissected my vibrato, which I've never actually worked on with other professors.
She recommended I play the second movement of the Poulenc flute sonata to try out the new technique. And I gotta say, there's a lot of good vibrato moments. And it doesn't sound wonky—because it's not (always) coming from my throat and cheeks.

Swallowtail Jig into Road To Lisdoonvarna. this is the kind of music I play on a regular basis with my band, Oddbins. We're a local central florida band and we play at Connolly's Irish Pub in Longwood pretty frequently, we've also played at the Ormond Beach Celtic Festival, and each month host a jam at Claddagh Cottage after the New World Celts meeting. Eventually I'll upload a video of me playing better music with more soul.
