Sarod theme of the film Piku
I made this playlist a while ago, on Indian classical music. Well, it's only at a very surface level but I think it might help someone who doesn't know where to start with Indian Classical.
I'm not educated enough to talk about the richness and diversity of the Classical Music of India, so here's a few videos instead.
These are some of my favourite pieces and artists. There are also a few introductory videos and a personal introduction on Raagas by Pandit Ravi Shankar.

What Are the Most Popular Indian Musical Instruments You Should Know About?
India has a rich musical heritage, and Indian musical instruments play a crucial role in defining its unique sound. From the soulful strains of the sitar and sarod to the rhythmic beats of the tabla and mridangam, each instrument tells a story of culture and tradition. Instruments like the harmonium and bansuri (flute) are widely used in classical, folk, and devotional music. These traditional sounds continue to influence modern music in India and beyond. Whether used in film scores or live performances, Indian musical instruments add depth, emotion, and authenticity to every musical composition.
