Ima do 5 to 1 to save my favorite for the end ;)
5- Jane Eyre
This one is SOOO awesome like help?? The entire story really. I lowkey live for that poor smart girl × rich stoic man genre. And the twist at the end?! Lowkey cried wth.
4- To Kill a Mockingbird
A tad more controversial, but seriously both an amazing and very important story to read. It tought me a lot and I absolutely adore all of the characters and twists <3 Scout is SUCH a vibe.
3- The Princess Bride
This book is lowkey brilliant I can't even! The twists- the humor- UGH I LOVE IT- and the movie is HILARIOUS- If you haven't watched it then WATCH IT (Avian said calmly)
2- Pride and Prejudice
This story is just- ✨️YES✨️ with a capital Y. It's SOOO GOOD- I read it in one sitting and annotated and hylighted it up - Darcy and Lizzie are goals fr <3
1- Alice in Wonderland
Do I even need to explain?? I've been obsessed with Alice since I was like 4. The characters, the story, the absolute wonder? I ADORE it. Alice in Wonderland was the first theater show I've ever done, and earlier this year I got to re-do it as one of the Alice's. Whenever I see a crescent moon, I always am reminded of the Cheshire cat's smile. When I hear a baby screaming in public, I think of the Duchess and the baby and whatnot. This story is so whimsical and I love love looove it!!
....so yeah hopefully that answered your question :P
