Classic Deviled Eggs - Easy & Delicious Appetizer
Classic Deviled Eggs are a classic party food that are always a hit. They are tasty and creamy, and everyone loves them.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Paprika and fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Put eggs in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and let it cook for 9 to 12 minutes. Put the eggs in a bowl of ice water to cool down. Then, peel them and cut them in half lengthwise. Take out the yolks and put them in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and mix them together. Put the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves with a spoon or a pipe. Mix in the paprika and add the fresh parsley on top. Cool down before you serve. Have fun!
