These Classic Deviled Eggs are a timeless and delicious appetizer. They are perfect for parties, picnics, or as a snack. The creamy and flavorful filling is sure to please everyone's taste buds.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon white vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Fresh chives or parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes, then peel and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves or use a pastry bag for a decorative touch. Sprinkle paprika over the deviled eggs for extra flavor and color. Garnish with fresh chives or parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
