a size shifter (with semi control of their size) who gets in an argument with their friend, sized up to be taller than their friend by a foot due to their anger.

the friend retorts with a personal jab and the size shifters eyes immediately well up and they start losing height, quick, much to their dismay.

the size shifters face flushes and angered tears roll down as they lose their physical intimidation and control of their size

the size shifter turns to run away from the encounter, holding their shirt to cover themselves as theyre now probably around 2 ft tall.

their friend realizes immediately they went too far and immediately scoops the size shrinker up like a toddler and begins profusely apologizing while the size shifter squirms aggressively before giving up and finally wrapping their small limbs around their friend like a koala~

thinking abt a bold tiny that asks their shy giant to pleeeease please please bring them to the museum and do an overnight trip so they can explore!

the giant finally obliges but they are super nervous. what if we get caught during closing? or trigger an alarm?

they make it past closing and the giant begins to relax. they walk around and hold the tiny up to different info plaques, up close to fossils, and maybe even give their tiny the heebie jeebies when they enter a room with an expansive pinned insect collection.

the giant places the tiny on a dinosaur fossils jaw and snaps a pic, or maybe takes a pic while their tiny gasps at being so close to stuffed mammals/birds.

maybe they then get caught by security and the tiny is bouncing all around in their pocket, laughing as their giant finally outruns them by cutting through some woods outside the property.

It was a horrible feeling. Jealousy. Ugly and somber. The same sickly green of absinthe, and poisonous all the same. It burned and ate at your insides like a hungry beast, never satisfied, never satiated. It gnawed at your common sense and at the tender parts of your heart until it was bruised and bloody and raw, easy to hurt and manipulate.
