roy picks ed up exactly once and proceeds to tell the story as “that time i literally almost died”

(at a military function) “dance with me” “....do what”

(later) “i guess you can lead” “...why” “youre too short to reach up to my shoulders” “fUCK YOU”

riza and ed share The Look™ every time roy does something Extra

“and one day im going to be his second husband” “...what happened to his first” “nothing you can prove”

roy learns about the baby thing. pictures a baby edward elric. combusts like he snapped his fingers in a hurricane.

edward, dragging roy to meet winry ASAP to prove he picked a better S/O (which winry argues at length bc Excuse You My Wife Is Perfect)

Since then, Anderson started a family, got married, and launched a successful business—but was put in jail 13 years later, when the state, looking to release him, finally realized that he had been out of prison all this time. Anderson, whose situation drew public outcry, received credit for time served for the 13 years he remained out of prison.
