This morning I woke up feeling that I text my immune system too far because I did too much hiking and tree climbing I put too much exertion on my muscles and they hurt like hell for much of the morning. Because I have an event this weekend I decided to refrain from any more exercise today even though I had an osteopath appointment hoping to release some of the tension at this had nothing to do with the event. My main concern was that would be healthy enough for it. So today became more of a rest day without any exercise. But even on the rest day I normally manage about 40 minutes of stretching half in the morning as I wake up just before I go to bed. I’m also very much into intermittent fasting with my first meal today around 1 pm. There is one great virtue I think for climbing trees and that is you really feel like you’re in the heart of a forest all the greenery around you. If you think high intensity or insanity exercises or sprinting or marathons are challenging I encourage you to try tree climbing and seeing how they compare.
