St. Mark’s Clock Tower - Venice, Italy

i love female lead horror games! i love female lead horror games! i love female lead horror games! i love female lead horror games!
Still in disbelief at the absolute CLUTCH play I somehow managed to pull off (so much of it was just circumstances enabling me to do so) yesterday in 'Blood on the Clocktower'.
Short version, for those who know Bad Moon Rising: I was the Moonchild who convinced everyone I was the Goon, got killed by the Assassin, and convinced the evil team I was one of them. 😈
Longer version:
So, in Bad Moon Rising there are two very specific outsiders.
One is the Moonchild. When the Moonchild dies, they pick a player. If the player is good, they die that night.
Another is the Goon. The Goon starts as good, but whoever is the first player to pick the Goon with their ability each night changes the Goon to their own alignment.
I was the Moonchild, but because of how I was acting, people assumed I was the Goon. I leaned into it, claimed Goon. Fudged it enough that I could back out if needed.
I then died at night, to an Assassin (Minion who can kill no matter what protections a character has on them). I picked a player as Moonchild. They did not die. They were evil.
I could have outed them. I chose not to, because people think I'm the Goon, and what are the odds that there is another Goon in play who will get turned Evil if the Evil team finds out I'm not real? High (there was, they got to final 3 as good). So I pretended to be the Evil Goon and went to look for my team, fake panicking when I couldn't find them.
The Assassin came to me, having believed everything I was saying, and told me they had turned me Evil. They confirmed a Minion (the person I knew), and an evil traveller. They didn't tell me the Demon, but I guessed the Demon from context clues, went to them, got their trust. Suddenly I have the entire evil team not only trusting me, but trying to calm me down, giving me advice, and just generally taking me under their wing.
I then outed them in final three, we killed the Demon, town won. 😇
