If lunch isn’t simple and easy I am one of those people who just grabs anything to eat. Sometimes that can mean eating Shapes and LeSnacks for lunch. Terrible I know! When I am hungry I have to eat and I have to eat now. I know my habits well enough now to know that planning and buying healthy food and preparing it in advanced is vital. When I shop it’s normally after a meal. I don’t know about you but when I shop on an empty stomach I tend to buy twice as much food and the extra food isn’t always healthy. I also have a shopping list from my genetic profile. This ensures I have full meals planned and I know exactly how long each meals takes to prepare. Most of the ones I choose have a 15 min max which suits me just perfect. I made this one today.
