Closet Case: what a fun idea…especially with the notion that uzi herself gets changed as well
Well, let’s start up the machine then, tally ho!
Also I will be doing seasons for this one as well,as the premise gives itself opportunities to draw it out due to the size of our main protagonist here
S1:Bearable Beginnings; alright so we begin with the simple stuff, the incident with braidon, and such, the season starting us with hints to uzi, not us knowing viewers and/or readers, and slowly it comes together, eventually we work up to the time of the original pilot…of course, the change is…obvious, a motherly tone from the core, and , during the skirmish, uzi loses control and falters, the blast doesn’t knock N’s short term memory out and target sensors, but she does smash the key to the doors, her dad can make another, and she eventually wakes up in the final episode of the end credits, pov similar to cyn’s own awakening in the dead drone hole, she scrambles off as the season ends.
S2: Motherly Reunion; so, nori explains herself. Too little too late but she explains herself, as well as her reasoning, which…uzi’s angst might as well crank up to ten, we get to explore nori’s own issues that she created as well, she gets to face that music, meanwhile we have doll and khan being the only one noticing that uzi is gone, doll feeling a bit bad she’s gone with it for so long, and khan wondering if he should have tried harder to show interest in her interests instead of trying to get her to see his way. We mainly follow doll when not following the mother daughter combo, and we slowly see doll and lizzy split, gradually not instantly, wondering if she went too far this time, she was the daughter of a family friend…and now she’s most likely not coming back, she tries to calm herself as her own solver powers slowly unlock. We end the season with uzi slowly watching over doll.
S3: My Little Eldritch Powers; nori begins teaching uzi about her powers indepthly, which, she surprisingly gets the hang of quickly, though not without some mishaps, may be a broken hole or two, but not too much damage. At the same time, uzi decides she’s not gonna be like her mom, and goes to doll, who understandably shows the most emotion she can in that moment…which may not be much but is alot for her, after some questioning and telling, uzi teaches doll…in a very uzi way, but doll gets the hang of it aswell….nori sees one of the sessions and-
Nori:…
Doll and uzi:….
Nori: ya know me and yeva had a feeling after doll used her size to cradle around you-
Uzi: MOM SHUT UP
Doll: <mrs.doorman please…>
Both are blushing
Cut to Nori wondering if yeva is just hibernating due to the damages, and sure enough, a nice batch of oil later
Yeva: <FUCK>
Doll: <Momma?!>
Nori: shit sweet it worked…hey yeva our girls are turning out like you predicted
Yeva:<…best news to hear after being revived, give me my favorite meal later.>
Nori: forgot about that part of the deal.
Doll:<MOM?!>
Season ends with cute doll and core uzi blushiness
S4: Reintegration Sensation; this season is showing uzi, nori, and yeva, all trying to get to a…semi-normal life, nori explaining to khan included, Yeva grieving her husband and finally properly sending him off to have his parts used for helping others. Uzi trying to do schooling again as a core has led to…interesting reactions, she does sit near doll now though which leaves a very miffed lizzy reaction for memes to be imagined. It’s a more drawn out season as it’s showing how it would be to try to do things at that size, with the season ending with uzi getting tired of it and beginning a new project, that she dubs “Project: Rebirth”
S5: Calculations Of Revival; Uzi Pov is mainly still school and her and doll interacting, and of course, her new project, we see her and doll interacting more and well…yeah their mothers are shipping it. We also get some khori moments and yeva motherly moments as well as everyone keeps adjusting to this. We also see doll’s and lizzy’s tension begin to show, the cracks forming in that old connection, nothing yet too big but it’s easy to see that tensions and a falling out is gonna happen. We finish this season with uzi finishing her project, and her preparing herself to get into the hot seat…she creates some solver meat to give herself a jumpstart so the body is technically “infected” by what her, yeva, nori, and doll all have.
S6: Test Run; so you’re probably wondering what the design of the “Rebirth Drones” model would look like…wellllll
Taking inspiration from the old beta works, and in my own designs ideas, the design is a sort of play on this, though being uzi…it’s gonna be edgy/demonic but with practicality and functionality. Starting at the head, in place of the usual extra eyes that originally were the halo, are horns that act like a producer of barely audible echolocation and sonar, this “vision” is like daredevil’s
Primarily in the drones visor color, lines outlining the world and picking up sounds of things, brightening the world, moving down slightly, to the visor, which has been modified with nori’s knowledge of the sentinels (and a stolen blueprint), enabling the effective “bootloop” that they can do and not being effected by it…next is the jaw…and yeah sentinel design scheme effected things here aswell, giving them a snout of sorts. Moving down to the torso, it’s bulkier, instead of wings as well, is spikes that fire out like spear guns, they can pop out and angle themselves to allow to real a target in. Arms and legs are like the beta design of V and sentinels design scheme had a child, sleek yet obvious it was replicating some other creature, it sounds chunky when a weapon or tool or even their hands comes out of the arms they have now, for a reference, a Minecraft piston would be the sound it would be closest to when pushing forward or retracting. As for the legs and feet, full on anthropomorphic goat like, specifically mountain goats…which means if done right, they could walk up very steep inclines, that includes buildings in these parts lol. And as well they do have a sentinel tail to balance them out that also has a similar end point to DD’s, though instead of a singular point, it’s a three pronged pitchfork, and it injects my favorite stuff, liquid nitrogen, because hell did freeze over here! The episodes of this season is mainly getting everyone getting used to their new forms when they get them, episode order of body gaining goes, uzi of course, then yeva, then nori. And then them getting used to it over the rest of the season. Also to note for height wise, uzi is now doll’s height and yeva and nori are slightly taller than khan.
S7: Flip the Script; we actually tune into V, J, and N for this season after uzi saying “I think it’s time we shaked things up” followed by her evil cackle from the pilot episode. J is of course going over mumbers and statistics of strategy of “getting those toasters”. They hear something outside, they assume it’s a worker…oh how they assume wrong, the dark night with no moonlight means it as dark as possible, no heat signatures on thermal vision, movements being sensed though on night vision…it looks…like them but not…N doesn’t like this but as their vision focuses on their normal vision again, we get to see the three of our dear characters, their visors illuminating the night not with X’s of death, but O’s, looking like one big freakish cyclops eye. We get to see how horrifying these new forms of the drones can be, yeva tormenting V and mocking her deal (the absolute solve is prideful, it had to have at least mentioned the deal with v once), Uzi haunting N, wondering if someone like him really should be killing anyone, and J having her corporate language mocked and nori remarking on how she treats her teammates. The most horror oriented season yet of watching what was once the hunters, become the hunted.
S8: answer of actions; we finally are back in the bunker and well…let’s just say yeva’s oil fridge is getting a LOT of use, uzi and doll being together more with their canon style, though you can see stitches and things in uzi’s hoodie, edited to fit her new body, lizzy is not happy that uzi is as tall as doll now, nor is she happy that uzi and doll have been getting along more and more, repairing that old relationship again. Things boil over in the final episode, which is prom, and uzi and doll take and dance together, lizzy announces the winners, almost half heartedly. And we see it finally come to a close with lizzy and doll having a long needed chat
Doll: <Why did you pick me yet ostracize her. What reason?>
Lizzy:…because I liked you, I assumed that what your guys moms were saying was gonna be right and…when things happened I saw a chance…a chance to both put a wedge in it and such, idk, do something about it
Doll:<…and yet you know what I thought of you as>
Lizzy: yeah, some friend I’ve become
Doll:<you could still try to be better, you know that.>
Lizzy:…it’s not gonna happen overnight
Doll:<I know, but it’s going to take time but it will happen, I know it will>
Lizzy: Uggggh that’s like sucky
Doll:<better then the alternative of never talking again>
Lizzy:…ugh fine.
It’s a start, but it’s something
S9: Disassembly Season; after the horrid encounters, J orders back up, to which…solver says “nah, you can handle a few worker drones, giggle”, followed by “though why is your regen paused on your right arm?” To which J responds in all caps,”THOSE THINGS WERENT WORKERS AND THEY FROZE MY NANITES ON MY RIGHT ARM” the back and forth ends with solver still not sending anything, mainly because it can just send new clones when they die…though there lies the problem. If any of the traits of solver has infected the trio when hunting, it’s playing with their food, half way through the season, they do “die” and solver sends clones in their place, though…entering to your own “new base” and seeing your own corpses fully frozen is quite the sight (N swore he saw a O shaped light disappear from the entrance). The season ends with a heavily modified landing pod opening up and tessa (in very her modified space suit) comes out.
“Right…okay, get friends back, separate them from the solver thingie with my patch…discover anomalies, maybe make new drone friends? Bloody hell this is gonna be hard, aye cyn?”
Cyn comes out of the landing pod as well, holding the patch and J’s whale plush tightly, we only see her head for the moment
“Nod, yes tessa, but we need to save big brother, and big sisters”
S10: Rapid Integration; this season primarily is following tessa, following her plan throughout each episode, which includes getting the frozen V, N, And J out of the ice while their freshly cloned counterparts are gone (Tessa don’t notice their being watched just like the DD’s, but Cyn does), establish connection with the bunker (try not to get freaked out by the new drone types but also don’t yap their ear off yet), fix memories of friends manually and patch them so their memories can’t be taken(longest episode), and hope for the best. Cyn’s design isn’t revealed till the memory episode is completed, shrouded in shadows and mostly seeing her head design, but we can gather is she still as short as she was, the design finally seen she had six female dd legs, under a cloak that are connected to a her old body, under the cloak is a VERY damaged frame, parts replaced with whatever tesaa could find to repair her with. Her entire right side of her visor and up part of her face is covered with a industrial work of cameras, all adjustable by multiple dials on the side of her head her arms have very chunkier and boxier versions of what dd’s and rd’s are rocking, you can hears grind and clink as things swap out, and she is limited to four things as such, her normal hands, a swiss army knife of repair tools, a self-loading bolt-action rifle, and a double barrel shotgun. As for tessa…keen eyed viewers will instantly notice that her hair is..outside of her emoting helmet, as well as the boxy look near her own hands, as well as how her hands look, annmnd yeah she is technically a drone too, humanoid design as she wanted retain, some humanity, mainly as a remembrance to it, similar chunky arm design though slightly slimmer, she has her hands, a tool of modified regeneration nanites, and a revolver rifle. And the reveal to the manor crew with fixed memories…and to end the season, we get episode of a flashback to the gala, the correct one of this universe, tessa bolted it and accidentally managed to escape, as well as falling accidentally in to the place where N would be made, she grabbed stuff randomly as well as the parts in the box, hoping, praying something would work, how she managed to get the head working and imagine her and cyn’s surprise in that moment. As well as finding experimental designs for a human converted to a drone, cyn activated the procedure for her, the end of the episode is showing off her core, tessa’s core is a human heart and brain fused together and inter woven, a singular eye camera on it “just in case”, and it’s legs actually are apart of the ribcage itself.
S11: Planning; the groups meet and start using all their information to inform the base aswell as start making their own moves to turn the bunker into something even more, using the hole that dd’s seem to ignore, a watch tower of sorts gets built over the course of the episodes, V, N, and lastly J get transferred over to RD’s, because while tessa did ensure that the solver will have a harder time to grab them, tessa doesn’t wanna take chances….yes she used puppy eyes on J to convince her despite the redundancy of switching over (tessa may really like the design lf the RD’s. All the while…it seems like something is up, something is picking up that somethings has changed.
S12: it all falls down; it begins, the climatic finale, solver gets peeved off and uses it’s “tessa” disguise to work with her airborne troop, mainly skirmishes, and as much as I’d like to go with the usual “planet blows up”, only a portion is blowing up from solver going as eldritch as it can out of anger (though still playing with it’s food) leading to it’s demise.
Closet Case
Well this took off on ya, I'm curious to see where this is going.
S1 - Curious to see the change in the story as posted, I like her going out like a hero, and then waking up as a spider core.
S2 - So as you can see, this is where the fecal matter hits the rotary impeller. Starting with a training and bonding moment, with Uzi not repeating the mistakes of others.
S3 - Gamer and otaku instincts probably help Uzi learning. The riz was a surprise, but you know, first loves are often the hardest to get over. Welcome back Yeva, it's terrible.
S4 - Rebuilding their lives post mortem is difficult. You would think that Uzi would be used to being small.
S5 - It's not only the mothers shipping it, I love the addition of the adults being able to move beyond their current traumas. Building new bodies are interesting, even as other relationships crumble.
S6 - I love the inspirations, and the daredevil vision is delightful. The addition of the bootloop is a nice touch. Do the spike regrow or do they need to get resupplied? It would make sense to have the chunkier and clunkier designs as she's inexperienced and working with secondary mateirals, also coming at it from a survivability standpoint. Those feet do behoove them. The liquid nitrogen does sound pretty chill.
S7 - Yep, this is going to be a mess, and I am here for it. I could see them assuming that the others were another of the DD teams, possibly one with improved heat sinks. X's and O's face off in their eternal strife once more. The pride of the solver will be its undoing, and I imagine that there's been at least one reveal to V, considering the mention of a deal in the early seasons.
S8 - I love the slow burn of the situation with Lizzy and Doll, and feel that's a long overdue conversation. The wakeup call being delivered in her stoic Russian is masterful.
S9 - I like this season, and feel that there's a lot of machinations at play that will be very… delightful.
S10 - Poor Tessa, you're being forced to restrain yourself from giving into your passions. I like the touch with Tessa and Cyn's designs. The core design makes a lot of sense with the source material being used.
S11 - This feels like a good mounting tension penultimate season. Feels right for everything that's happened so far.
S12 - Might help if the Cynessa suit hadn't been made ineffective with the real Tessa arriving. The pride coming before the fall is now paid in full.
