Subtle things that help me with gender dysphoria (for the binderless trans masc or nb)
Get a good-smelling deodorant (something that smells salty or woodsy- nothing sweet, unless you wanna smell sweet. Up to you, but I found that the more nature-smelling deodorants smelled like cologne, which really helps)
Hoodies galore (Again, up to you, but I found that loose-fitting clothing makes me feel more masculine. Plus, you get to curl up in it if you wanna hide :))
If you have short hair, style it with more male-oriented styling products (I use a styling wax, but you can use pretty much anything. My gay ass also just likes looking like Crowley)
I know a bunch of people have already mentioned this, but sports bras. They compress your breasts slightly- NEVER PUT ON MORE THAN TWO- and they can also prepare you for the feeling of wearing a binder. DO NOT BIND WITH BANDAGES.
Don't shave your legs. Or if you want to shave your legs, make sure you do it once a week. (A, it feels nice to run your hand across, and B, if you're closeted and anyone asks (it's none of their business anyway but you know) you can just say you don't stick to traditional beauty standards anymore.)
