It's been a long time since I read the Quint saga, so maybe that will change my opinion, but

On my rereading of Stormchaser I am really not vibing with Cloud Wolf.

This man is really out here employing Slyvo Spleethe, whom he is fully expecting to betray him at any moment, and treating his kid badly in order to "protect" him from people who would use their relationship against him (people aka Spleethe). Meanwhile, Twig has stars in his eyes because he's never had a half decent father figure and Cloud Wolf looks really cool, and he thinks that everything is his fault (it isn't) when this could have been an entirely avoidable situation if Cloud Wolf just skyfired Spleethe.

I know Verginix's have a bad track record of making good decisions but...seriously.

Sorry if he's your fave, I don't think I like him that much. I would love to hear anyone else's takes on this.
