A future worth living in is a future with space for us all. Everyone deserves to be seen, to be heard, to be cared for. I want a future where people can access care, where systems aren't stigmatized and mistreated, where we can be understood even a little more. The future is plural, because we exist now, and we will exist then, and we have the right to want a future better for us, the right to want a future where we have better understanding, better research, better care, better quality of life.

Meet Eliza!

Part-time waitress finishing her masters degree with a penitent for getting sick. She always seems to get the short straw of calling in sick when other people have already called out. Her boss has threatened to fire her for not showing up, and insists that it doesn't matter how she's feeling.

She has infected many many customers by proximity and ill timed sneezes. When she's sick, she finds it incredibly hard to keep germs to herself (not for lack of trying) and anyone in the near vicinity of her when she's sick is in for their own battle with whatever germs she picked up this time.

Was admittedly disappointed with Marinette's akuma design (I get they were going for a minimalist design/look, but...), so I made a redesign! This is less a "I can fix her" and more a self-indulgent "what I would have liked" thing: Gave her a dress, changed the hair, leaned more into the heart-motif, added extra colors, etc (Kept the barbwire purse straps though - those were cool). Also drew some potential alt designs because I had a lot of ideas.
