Villain oc concepts for my side project

This is Seris (no last name yet), he’s an evil circus man and I hate him. (Affectionate)

This guy is the main villain of my side vis dev project I would love to make into a short film, Stained Glass Moon (Lune en vitrail). He runs the Cirque du Tarot, a major arcana themed circus, and he definitely isn’t tricking his performers into selling their autonomy to him in exchange for fame and fortune.

As per the request of my TikTok comment section he also runs the “Mouse Cartel”
