decorate your livingspace with rainforest or temperate forest decor!

paint your nails black or get them done long and sharp like talons!

Uhmm.. this might be a weird question but I read that you're otherkin and well.. I'm fictionkin and I would be interested how you found your kintype. And stuff.

Oh not a weird question at all! In fact I love talking about this sort of thing! So I’m cockatookin, specially a Moluccan cockatoo, and I realized this through volunteering at a local parrot shelter!  Since I first adopted Parie, who can be seen in my icon, I felt I strong resonants with birds in general and from about 12 on I identified as various types of parrotkin but none of them quite fit. It wasn’t until I became close to a bird a shelter named Peaches, who is a Moluccan, that I started to question whether or not I was cockatoo kin. As Peaches and I became closer, the label felt more and more right. Even though I’m not separated from my flock, my connection to my kintype remains very strong. Like a lot of Therians, I experience phantom projections and occasionally “shift” both voluntarily and involuntarily.
