Vegan cake at Blendlove, Gold Coast
Cocoa balls
Ingredients:
250 g margarine (at room temperature!)
350 g flour
50 g confectioners sugar
30 g minced walnut
quite a lot of cocoa powder, mixed with confectioners sugar to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Crumble all the ingredients, until combined.
Form small balls and place them onto a baking sheet.
Bake until they turn light brown. (12-15 mins)
While they’re still hot, dip them in the cocoa-sugar powder.
