Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 8x8-inch baking pan should be greased or lined. Put cooked quinoa, peanut butter, applesauce, cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix everything together well. You can add dairy-free chocolate chips and mix them in. Spread out the batter in the baking pan that has been prepared. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
