These Coconut Coffee Cream Crunch Pops combine the richness of coconut milk with the bold flavor of coffee, enhanced with a delightful crunch from crushed cookies and shredded coconut. A perfect frozen treat to enjoy on a hot day!
Ingredients: 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk. 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled. 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. 1/4 cup shredded coconut.
Instructions: Put coconut milk, cooled coffee, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl and mix them together. Mix everything together well. Spread the shredded coconut and crushed cookies out evenly in the popsicle molds. Put the coconut coffee mix into the molds, leaving some room at the top for it to rise. Place popsicle sticks inside the molds. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to get the popsicles out. Serve and have fun!
