Organic Spelt Pancake Recipe Ingredients 1 cup sprouted spelt flour 1 ripe banana 1/2 ts sp baking soda 1/2 scoop plant based protein powder 1/2 scoop sprouted ground flax 1 scoop cacao powder 1 cup water (or coconut milk) 1 tbl sp apple cider vinegar (optional) 1 tbl sp organic and raw coconut oil Directions: 1.) Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds or until smooth 2.) Lightly grease pan with coconut oil and turn griddle to 350 degrees and let warm up 3.) Pour batter onto griddle in large silver dollar sizes and flip over when bubble start to form all over top (Smaller the circle, the easier to flip and quicker they cook) 4.) Pancakes are done when both sides are lightly brown 5.) Add coconut cream, diced organic strawberries, and Maple B syrup on top for best flavor _________________________________________ Coconut Cream Recipe Ingredients 1-3 Young Thai coconut (depending on coconut meat amount) 3 tbl sp organic and raw coconut oil Pinch Pink Himalayan salt Directions: 1.) Crack open coconut with "CocoJack" and pour juice in a separate container (save for your smoothie), or google "how to open a coconut" 2.) Scoop out the coconut meat and put in blender with rest of ingredients 3.) Blend everything for 30 seconds or until smooth 4.)
