Tortitas Integrales de Espelta 🥞
Hoy os traigo una receta súper sencilla de tortitas🥞 Llevo haciendo tortitas caseras 10 años y esta receta me resulta de las más sencillas, podemos estar comiendo las tortitas a los 20 min de haber empezado a prepararlas y quedan súper esponjosas.
🔷 Ingredientes para unas 9 tortitas:
🔹150gr harina de espelta integral
🔹200ml de leche vegetal
🔹25gr de panela
🔹Una cucharadita de levadura química
🔹2 huevos (de 🥚 o de linaza)
🔹Una pizca de sal
🔹 Canela al gusto
🔹Aceite de coco para engrasar la sartén/plancha
🔶 Preparación:
🔸Mezclamos todos los ingredientes húmedos
🔸Añadimos los ingredientes secos
🔸Mezclamos hasta que conseguimos una mezcla sin grumos
🔸En una plancha eléctrica o sartén antiadherente ponemos una cucharadita de aceite de coco y ponemos a fuego medio
🔸 Volcamos la mezcla formando círculos del tamaño de la Palma de la mano
🔸 Dejamos que se haga lentamente y cuando veamos que hay muchas burbujas en la tortitas sabremos que está lista para darle la vuelta
🔸 Repetimos con todas
🔸 En la foto van acompañadas con frambuesas, plátano, nueces tostadas, chips de coco y sirope de arce.

GLUTEN FREE PANCAKES RECIPE 😍 Dairy free, low FODMAP too! ~~~ Ingredients: * 110 g Gluten Free Plain Flour * 2 Large Eggs * 230 ml Dairy Free Milk (your choice!) * Oil or Dairy-free spread for frying * Your choice of toppings ~~~ Method: 1. Pour your gluten free plain flour into a mixing bowl. 2. Crack in two large eggs and whisk / beat together until smooth. 3. Gradually pour in your dairy free milk whilst whisking. Do this until you have a lovely thin gluten free pancake batter. Place in a jug ready to make your pancakes! 4. Heat a little oil or dairy free spread in a frying pan, make sure the pan is nice and hot! 5. Pour the batter evenly into your frying pan, and tilt the pan to ensure the entire base is covered. 6. Fry on each side for around 30 seconds. Maybe a cheeky flip?! 7. Repeat till you have enough pancakes for everyone. 8. Top with fodmap friendly fruit such as bananas & blueberries, or whatever takes your fancy! 9.
