@codeadleaf replied to your post: I'm still confused over this, so was Muse in the...
If you return in Zenrus house after Muse’s sacrifice one of the seraphim tells you she indeed made an oath and the price was to never see her son again.
Ah, okay. And of course, with Mikleo being there . . .
You know, there’s a part of me that wonders if she realized, then, that the Seraph that was holding her up was Mikleo during that scene. It’s clear she had the resonance to see/interact with the Seraphim when you see her during the Camlann flashback scene. And if she did, did she avoid saying anything to keep him from being distracted from his goal? Because honestly, one of the most heartbreaking scenes in both the game and the manga is the scene where Muse says farewell to baby Mikleo.
Excuse me while I go cry some more.
Hnnnn asking about Zesti's characters would be too obvious, so Allen Walker and Yuu Kanda ?
Oh goodness, you actually managed to nail an old pairing on the head XD I even wrote a few things for them back in the day.
From this ask meme:
(Also, pardon me I haven’t kept with the manga lately, so I am not entirely sure what the alive v dead status is right now)
Allen Walker | only know their name | loathe | ugh | overrated | indifferent | dead | alive | just okay | cute | badass | my baby | hot | want to marry | favorite
Yuu Kanda | only know their name | loathe | ugh | overrated | indifferent | dead | alive | just okay | cute | badass | my baby | hot | want to marry | favorite

Zenrus give it to them in the manga, instead of his pipe
Interesting, I really should read the manga!
No Katz Korner in the manga, I guess :P

That’s probably an unpopular opinion but I hope she didn’t understand who he was. Also if she had realized it was him, she logically couldn’t see him because of the oath, and seeing a exhausted she is, knowing her son was just right there but still out of reach could have made her resolve waver. Or it could also made her resolve stronger I don’t know. To be honest, Muse’s character confuse me a tiny bit, though I will admit she’s a brave character and her fat
*her fate still made me cry the first time.
I’m okay with it either way. On the one hand, a part of me wishes she knew he was right there, so she knew that he’d not only survived, but thrived under Zenrus’s care. I’d like to think that it wouldn’t have made her resolve waver, that she knew she could go through with the rest because the world was in good hands - it had to be if her son was here with a Shepherd to help save it. And he’d already done so well to make it all the way here to Camlann, so she’d open up the way for him to help him the best she can and pray he succeeds.
On the other hand, I’m also 100% okay with her not recognizing him either, just because there’s a part of me that realizes she was exhausted and near death by the time the party gets there, and all the strength she had left in her was focused on doing her duty as the seal. Plus I will admit I do like the emotional impact of that scene being viewed that way. Not that it matters it gets the water works going every time, especially Mikleo’s little moment where he’s got his back to the party and then he straightens his back and says he’s ready to keep moving forward, even as Sorey’s trying to make sure he’s okay.
