I may be on disability and have so many “illnesses” but there is a lot of joy in my life too. There are so many people I love in my life and that makes me truly blessed. I wonder if anyone loves Trump. I find it hard to believe. The ability to be in loving relationships is better than being president. I don’t want to live in fear, but in appreciation for what I have. That’s what mindfulness does - it’s being appreciative of everything we have in this current moment. I don’t have much but I have everything I need.
