A test on a larger #clay #bead . One of the challenges to being able to do this is to come up with a way to make clay base #beads that wouldn’t blow up because of thermal shock when introduced to a torch flame. I’ve apparently solved that problem. . This is #coe104 glass on a clay core bead. We've been toying with the idea of changing Emo Rabbit's color from Ivory to Hazelnut. Ivory on the left is the classic look (with pink inner ear) and the right is hazel with an Ivory inner ear. Why change? The "veining" in the Ivory (see the closeup) can be distracting at times on the characters face and can sometimes even look like a crack to a buyer.
