This refresh in the group was the result of a multi-month process, which began in March 2021 and was completed some time ago. The reason, however, was a research done by the company in the midst of a pandemic and the results surprised it, sometimes pleasantly, sometimes unpleasantly.
According to what the founder of Coffee Lab Stelios Roumeliotis emphasizes in Businessnews.gr : "In the midst of a pandemic, in the first months of 2021 we sought our position in the market and decided to do a survey of 350 of our customers from all our stores in Greece, in order to see where we are. Its results determined and laid the first stone for the new image of all Coffee Lab stores in the year 2022 and in the midst of such a negative economic situation: We found that the trend now for the majority of our customers was healthy food, fresh, to do not overload calories, while many were the ones who talked to us about dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance etc.
As a result, last spring a road race was launched that contained many tests of new products, a search for raw materials from all over Greece , in order to reach last winter, when new products were found in the storefronts.
