If you haven't seen this yet, I got some samples from Perfect Coffee after signing up via email which you can do here.
For those that are not aware of Perfect Coffee or what their about, read below:
At Perfect Coffee, we've developed breakthrough technology that allows us to precisely measure coffee from your favorite roasters then grind it the way it’s supposed to be ground. And we do this for a variety of brewing methods.
And that was a good start. Most people would be satisfied with that. But not us, because there was still a problem: oxygen. It saps the flavor and aroma from ground coffee. But now oxygen has met its match. We completely re-thought the way coffee is packaged, and came up with a way to keep oxygen out, and pure coffee perfection in.
So not only do we provide the exact amount of coffee you need for your favorite brewing method, you won't believe how fresh it is. You can smell it when you open the packet. And you can definitely taste it when you take that first heavenly sip.
The point of Perfect Coffee is to help you get that "perfect"cup of coffee every time.
While there are many factors that can affect the outcome of your cup such as water temperature, grind size, pour, etc, it can be easy to mess up a cup. This is where Perfect Coffee plays their part. By helping you with grind size for the brewing method of your choice, they also provide instructions and water temp, a step further in helping you make your coffee great.
I'm coming into this experiment with a completely neutral feeling. I've heard okay things, and I've heard good things about this pre-ground coffee. I am excited and nervous at the same timeYou'll see me post some thoughts about each packet in the coming weeks. Each packet has different roast dates ranging from a couple weeks to a month old. I am curious to see how these packets taste and if there seems to be any flavor loss.
