5 ingredient Speedy Coffee Mousse ( Quick & So tasty)
If you are a coffee lover like myself you will love this super quick, easy & light coffee mousse. Coffee Mousse can be made in just a few mins with 5 simple ingredients. This coffee mousse is a creamy and very light dessert perfect for coffee lovers.
I served my coffee mousse in my little bowls, but you could also serve it in wine glasses or ramekins. You’ll also want to be sure to refrigerate the coffee mousse for at least 4-6 hours before serving to help it firm up a bit. Enjoy :)

Coffee Mousse: Serving 2-4
400 ml whipped cream ( 1 2/3 cup)
100 gm sugar (1/2 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar/extract
1 1/2 - 2 teaspoon instant coffee
2 teaspoon water
Chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
-In a big bowl, add in whipping cream, sugar, vanilla sugar/extract. Add instant coffee and water mix well.
Add the coffee to the bowl. Begin to beat for approx 2 mins until form soft peaks.
-Spoon the mousse into serving bowls and refrigerate for min of 4-6 hours. Garnish with chocolate chips if you prefer :) Enjoy
