[COHORT CALL OUT DAY👭] This is all about appreciating our important relationships with the strong women in our lives. Today, I'd like to shine the light on @peppermakepeace 💜 I met Pepper in the Leadership League Mastermind for female entrepreneurs back in 2019. We were paired together in an accountability pod and that's when I really got to know the awesomeness that is Pepper Makepeace. Pepper (who's mom named her after the female lead in the 70's TV series 'Police Woman'...how badass is that?!!) is a small business marketing consultant, tech guru and the lead woman over at the Small Business Sisterhood (@smallbizsis). This gal is one of the toughest cookies out there; when I think of the words 'grit' and 'determination', I think of my girl Pepper. She is a woman who will not be defeated - ever. Not only is she a total badass at online biz and providing female entrepreneurs with empowering connections and resources, but she has the biggest heart 💜 She genuinely cares for ALLLLLL the souls on our planet and brings a warmth, calmness and light to every interaction we've shared. Beyond running her empire, Pepper is a courageous, solo traveler with Scotland and India being her two most recent, pre-covid adventures. She's also the most loving wife to her hubby Caleb and fantastic fur mom to her adorable, dumbbell-stealing pooch, @henry.to.the.rescue, and her hilarious cats, Andrew + Oliver. Although Pepper lives in New York and I live in Alberta, we've maintained our long distance friendship and I couldn't be more fortunate to have such an intelligent, inspiring pal in my cohort.
