These fall-off-the-bone crockpot cola ribs are a delicious and easy meal to prepare. The cola adds a hint of sweetness to the ribs while they cook low and slow in the crockpot, resulting in tender and flavorful meat.
Ingredients: 2 racks baby back ribs. 1 can cola such as Coca-Cola. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cut the racks of ribs into individual sections and place them in the crockpot. Pour the cola over the ribs, making sure they are covered. Add barbecue sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and fall off the bone. When the ribs are done, take them out of the crockpot and serve with more barbecue sauce if you like.

These Fall Off the Bone Crockpot Cola Ribs are incredibly tender and flavorful, thanks to a slow-cooking process in cola and a delicious barbecue spice rub. The finishing touch under the broiler or on the grill gives them a perfect char and caramelized glaze.
Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1 can 12 oz cola. 1 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 tablespoon paprika. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Take the membrane off of the back of the ribs to make them more tender. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper with brown sugar in a bowl to make a dry rub. Spread the spice mix out on both sides of the ribs. Put the ribs in the crockpot and bend them if they don't fit straight. Make sure the ribs are mostly covered with cola as you pour it over them. Leave the lid on and set the heat to low. Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the meat is soft and can be easily pulled off the bones. Warm up your grill or oven broiler. Move the ribs carefully to a baking sheet or grill, and cover both sides with barbecue sauce. Grill or broil the ribs for a few minutes on each side until the sauce turns sweet and the ribs get a nice char. Put extra barbecue sauce on the side and serve.
