Savor the strong, spicy flavors of this stir-fried ribs with Asian influences. Spiced and savory sauce is stir-fried with tender pork ribs and a medley of vibrant vegetables. Combine it with some steamed rice for a filling dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 cup snap peas. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro. Steamed rice, for serving.
Instructions: Heat the vegetable oil in a big wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the pork ribs for approximately five minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through. Take out of the wok and place aside. Add the snap peas, red and yellow bell peppers, and onion slices to the same wok. Stir-fry for two to three minutes, or until they begin to soften. To the wok, add the grated ginger and minced garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant, about one to two minutes more. Once again, add the cooked pork ribs back to the wok and mix well with the vegetables. Combine the oyster sauce, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Once the stir-fry is covered evenly, pour the sauce over it and toss. Stir-fry for a couple more minutes, or until everything is thoroughly heated and well coated in sauce. Take off the stove, top with finely chopped cilantro, and serve warm over steaming rice.

Easy-to-make Chinese Five-Spice Ribs that are tender and full of flavor thanks to the Instant Pot. Great for a quick and filling meal.
Ingredients: 2 lbs baby back ribs, cut into individual pieces. 2 tbsp Chinese five-spice powder. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 3 tbsp brown sugar. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tbsp ginger, grated. 1 cup chicken broth. 2 tbsp rice vinegar. 2 tbsp sesame oil. Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Chinese five-spice powder, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger should all be mixed together in a bowl to make the marinade. Spread the marinade out evenly on the ribs by rubbing them with it. For the best taste, let them sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight. In a bowl, mix the spices and add the ribs. Put in rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chicken broth. Put the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to "Manual" or "Pressure Cook." Then, let the pressure build up for 25 minutes. When the food is done cooking, quickly let the pressure out of the Instant Pot and open it. Warm up the broiler in the oven. Place the ribs on a baking sheet that has been lined with foil. Brush the ribs with the Instant Pot cooking liquid, and then broil for three to five minutes, or until the sugars start to caramelize. Before serving, sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top.
