I love how clean cold casting looks! The resin I'm using is opaque white when cured (as you can see on the underside of the pieces, at left), but they take the silver pigment so well they come out looking like solid metal. I've tried a bunch of different powders and additives designed for cold casting, but oddly enough, the best stuff I've ever found is still #Mehron metallic makeup powder. Lover’s Embrace belt slides will be coming with me and @ixdoxdeclare to philly for the @darksomecraftmkt . I will have a very limited amount and these are all ones cast by me in resin with embedded metal. This cold casting process is messy and long, so I’m sorry I was unable to make more for all who have been waiting. Right now I have no idea when they will make it on the web shop. I’ve been trying for a long time to find someone stateside who can cast them in metal for me with little luck.
