Fail, the red turned orange. Never had a problem with Raw or Manic Panic working on my grey. But i've always stuck with blues and purples.

Brown egg fail.

So everyone knows it's Easter tomorrow, right?

Well, I came home from work today all excited, because I had planned to partake in the traditional DYING OF THE EASTER EGGS!!!

My mom hands me the carton of boiled eggs she prepared for me, and when I open it, I see a bunch of brown eggs.

What the crap? This has never happened before, since my mom is wise enough to know that brown eggs are kind of extremely hard to dye correctly. I ask her why she made the decision to try and have me dye brown eggs, and she tells me that "WHITE EGGS R BAD BECUZ THEY R BLEACHED!"

"But you always get them for Easter regardless. You can dye white eggs...Not brown eggs."

So she just shrugs me off and tells me to try my best.

This ends in about an hour of me sitting around and trying to get the brown eggs to be AT LEAST A LITTLE COLORFUL.

My efforts were in vain though. The brown eggs were dead-set on ruining my Easter spirit and staying that ugly poopy brown color with maybe slight tints of other colors.
