So I noticed that the main characters of TMA and Garfield share the same name. Which led to me (re-)imagining TMA as four-panel strips with a talking cat.

Some choice examples:

Jon: "End recording. click Supple-"

Garf: "Why don't you supplement my diet with some lasagna, you dweeb?"

Jon: "I'll have to enter the Buried."

Garf: "I'll bury my whole body in this lasagna."

Jon: "I think I just caused the apocalypse because Elias tricked me."

Garf: "Mondays, am I right?"

There's always like a panel of silence between, and at the end of each strip Garf kicks Jon in the balls or something that is the usual punchline of these strips right?
