on the topic of ra’s al ghul, i’m a little burnt out from answering the “what comics do i read to see more of [this]” or “what comics do you suggest” questions bc i get asked them so frequently
*here’s my short list in order:
Batman: Birth of the Demon #1 -> Batman & The Outsiders (2020) -> Robin (2021) issues #4-#12 -> Batman: Shadow War
also, since a lot of people tell me they don’t know how to read comics or ‘don’t know how/where to look for this stuff’, here’s what i do to get my info:
if i’m interested in a character, i use the dc fandom wiki to search for the character by name. it’ll usually bring up a list of several different versions of the character, but the one you’re most likely looking for is “Prime Earth”, as it’s the ‘main’ universe.
usually toward the bottom of the character’s wiki page, there is an “Appearances” hyperlink.
if you click on it, it will take you to a page that lists all of the character’s appearances in alphabetical order.
then i lock the fuck in and i look up every single comic on that list and read them one by one so I can learn everything.
it helps to keep track of what you’ve read (write it down, use LOCG, post about what you’re currently reading somewhere, etc) so that you don’t forget.
some of them will be great, some of them will suck and make you mad.

i swear i've read it before, i even think i remember the issue number (#12), just not the comic itself... it was one of the DCU-wide comics that has a different team/hero each issue i think? anyway thanks so much for the help!

Im trying to find an old comic, can any klancer's help me? It was an Instagram comic, around the 2019 era. It was a police and robber sorta au. I remember that keef would always wear a pony tail, and that it starts at a cafe I believe? I don't remember who's who in terms of cop or criminal. but I remember one of the funny quotes was comstant repeat of "police brutality" lol. The color sceme of each frame was like a blueish to purple. and I just can't find it for the life of me sense I don't have access to my account from that timeframe. anyone have any idea?
