on the topic of ra’s al ghul, i’m a little burnt out from answering the “what comics do i read to see more of [this]” or “what comics do you suggest” questions bc i get asked them so frequently
*here’s my short list in order:
Batman: Birth of the Demon #1 -> Batman & The Outsiders (2020) -> Robin (2021) issues #4-#12 -> Batman: Shadow War
also, since a lot of people tell me they don’t know how to read comics or ‘don’t know how/where to look for this stuff’, here’s what i do to get my info:
if i’m interested in a character, i use the dc fandom wiki to search for the character by name. it’ll usually bring up a list of several different versions of the character, but the one you’re most likely looking for is “Prime Earth”, as it’s the ‘main’ universe.
usually toward the bottom of the character’s wiki page, there is an “Appearances” hyperlink.
if you click on it, it will take you to a page that lists all of the character’s appearances in alphabetical order.
then i lock the fuck in and i look up every single comic on that list and read them one by one so I can learn everything.
it helps to keep track of what you’ve read (write it down, use LOCG, post about what you’re currently reading somewhere, etc) so that you don’t forget.
some of them will be great, some of them will suck and make you mad.

Oh holy crap, it looks really awesome! I genuinely, really appreciate the recommendations a lot and will absolutely be putting this alongside the other one on the mental queue to voice once I hear back from their respective artists.
Because I LOVE seeing more male MCs and OCs in the fandom! The energy I’ve seen for The Freak Circus and people creating and exploring OCs for the fandom has been so heartwarming <3

You can read the current running robin series. There’s only #9 issues out so it’s be really easy to catch up
Or even the super sons series, you can search around on the web and find it for free (I think. I watched a video on YouTube that covered it)
Max Owen is a trans icon. Love that boy. I wish I had the courage to do this as a teenager. Everyone should check out the webcomic Magical Boy by The Kao on Tapas. It's a great story about a trans guy stuggling with the fact he's a magical anime superhero/goddess.
Oh oh! I have a suggestion!(sry if it'll be stupid) Maybe something, where Papa III and Copia don't get along. And after E3 finds out, that Nihil ordered Copia to kill E3(what Copia wasn't pleased about bc he doesn't want to kill Nihil's son) he tries to kill Cardinal. And then after Copia gets better(bc there was a battle, WHERE Copia didn't try to hurt E3, so after fight he was in bad shape(E2 and E1 stopped E3 from killing Copia)) and Nihil apologizes to his sons and everyone is happy.
This is an amazing idea!
Because no one can tell me that Papa III trusted his father, so he probably had spy ghouls, who found out about the plans.
And Copia wants to become Papa, but not like this. He has seen enough dead people during the plague. Or maybe he even had killed people for food.
As Copia wants to talk to Papa III, the Papa attacks him ready to fight for his life? Or maybe Papa III catches Copia in the kitchen preparing meals and assuming that they are potioned, he grabs a knife to kill Copia?
Will it be a happy end where Nihil realizes his mistake? Or is Copia not able to kill his sons the reason Nihil thinks he is not ready (and never will be if he can not kill his enemys)? Or will all of the Papas and Copia finall get rid of the man who always pushed them around?
So many possibilities, thank you for your suggestion. 💜
