Not sure how many of you know of my OC Kanae. Anyways, she was originally supposed to be a fan character for Owari no Seraph / Seraph of the End.
Back then I was 12 and came up with random story details and traced over official art to make drawings of Kanae (of course, never posted these, haha). I felt a little bit nostalgic and decided to draw her in the anime's style (only a few design details changed).

I guess it’s an AU now? Anyways, this is about a storyline in which Amber (that kid from the deleted scene in the first Pokémon Movie) has been reborn, similar to another character from the 8th Pokémon movie who reappeared in the games as another character.
On a side note, I was thinking if maybe I should open some kind of ask box? Not something where you can ask the characters directly, but you could request to see specific parts of the story. Maybe that would help me stay on track with this project. If you’re interested, comment here or send an ask - I’ll see if I can make a comic of it!

Okay, so . . . Remember that Amber comic?
Yeah, I think I’m going to continue that. I swear I am, even though I have been offline for a week or two. There was my birthday, some exams and I accepted a commission (which I now regret I did), and I was pretty busy. BUT STILL! I should get a lot more time to finish some things over the course of the next week.
I did also get some progress done on the comic, not the actual pages itself, but I was working on designs and also did an analysis of Amber’s personality, so I basically analyzed Every. Single. Bit. Of dialogue. because you barely get to know her in the movie.
As you can see, I tried to give Amber some warmer clothes for colder regions, as I was thinking about having the story take place in Galar or Sinnoh (as those two regions have been / will most likely be featured in the next games).
I was also thinking about watching the new Pokemon Anime so perhaps there could be some crossovers! But I can’t promise anything yet.
