Vanitas no Carte / The Case Study of Vanitas 12 Episodes - Complete This. Fucking. Show. I mean right from episode 1 was incredible and would obviously have a cult following. 1. Studio bones - guys who do mha and fma - so obviously set up for success. 2. Vanitas gives off serious BSD Dazai vibes = already has a huge following 3. Noé. The animation is great, the character design and overall feel is great, the story is excellent and interesting, the era it all takes place in is whimsical and fitting for the story, there is literally nothing more I could as for from this show. (Also this show has some spicy scenes that are hot af and wasn't sure if I should even be watching in public) sidenote - the music is also excellent and I absolutely love the end credits Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the show and I want to know more about each and every character. 10/10

Spring 2021 Completed Shows

Odd Taxi 13 Episodes Holy shit. I was not expecting the last episode to be that show changing. Initially I thought that it was closer to what people thought - saying it represents a lot of issues people deal with represented through animals but like -it's so much more and way more interesting. I don't think I could've ever predicted that twist, and it was so satisfying to see everything from a different pov. Final verdict: despite the last episode being absolutely insane and making the whole show an entirely different thing, I think that the 12 episodes leading up to it were slow and I could've dropped it. 7/10

So I'm a Spider, So What? 24 Episodes God this was such a slow build. If it gets a second season I think that one will be significantly more interesting than this one. This season felt like a mess and it took 24 episodes to start coming together for the main goal of the show, which is way too long. 5/10

Mars Red 13 Episodes This is such a complete story. It's nice to finally watch a show that knows how long it'll be airing and complete it's story telling within that time frame. I think the research behind this show is really neat and the animation/art style of it was also intriguing. This was definitely a romantic series, not necessarily about love but the way the story is told is a romance about life and vampires and everything around it. Despite liking the overall feeling of the show, it doesn't stand out too much to me and thus is very average. 6/10

Shadows House 13 Episodes What an excellent ending. This series was so fun to watch, and definitely pulls you into the story. There's so much to look forward to in the next season and I think there's a lot more that can be done. It's super unique and just overall so well done. 8/10

Let’s just say I was quite… busy last year, when it came to anime. Recommended to take the quiz off of mobile because all but one of the images are gifs and trying to load those on mobile Sporcle is a nightmare, especially given the timeframe the quiz has.

268th Completed Anime -  Boku dake ga Inai Machi (ERASED) - 8/10.

I finished this a few nights ago. Very much my type of anime. I enjoyed it. The ending seemed a tad bit underwhelming but I enjoyed the story overall. :) I love anime with flashbacks and children and ....., so yes. A lot of people recommended this to me and I thank you.

262nd Completed Anime - Ore Monogatari - 9/10. 

I want more. 

It was all I wanted, it was so cute and adorable and I love it so much. My whole family watched it, even my six year old. She may not have known exactly what was going on but she laughed at all the various faces and stuff. lol. We all loved it. :D Suki da!
