92. Nov 28, Tues. Completed scaled down WOD at 7:54. 85lbs for the deadlifts. And jumping pull ups.
79. Sep 9, Sat. Team WOD with Pam, Maddie and Karmel. PB and Brent were on the other team.
31. Jun 2, Fri. For the warm-up, i think i only had a couple of 5-lb DBs. For the muscle up progression, we did band assisted pull ups and box dips.
For the WOD, I used a 15-lb DB for a DB snatch, and a 10-lb plate for the OH squat.
4. Apr 5. We did handstand progression again. First time I ever got up to a handstand in my life – the coach assisted me so this wasn’t totally on my own yet. I finished this WOD but of course scaled down. I don’t know what snatches were so I did something I called supah-uppah-cut-toh (with Jap accent). I did that with 15 lbs. I’ll have to ask Pam what it’s actually called. Since I can't do handstand push-ups, we just had to do regular push-ups.
