Vorrei vedere le ultime stagioni di Vikings. Ma in realtà dovrei rivedere tutto perchè non mi ricordo più niente. Sarebbe la terza volta che mi capita. Sempre complimenti a me!

Quando l’Italia da 10 punti alla svezia sorpassandosi con suddetti punti... sappiamo darci la zappa sui piedi
@hope-now-and-live
ho appena realizzato che per smettere di pensare a una cosa potrei cominciare con il non darle importanza quando sto con gli altri (= smetterla di scartavetrare i coglioni a tutti con lo stesso argomento) e niente, sono talmente fiera di questa idea che per onorarla subito con un po‘ di coerenza le dedico un post qua su tumblr
tbh I don’t find most Italian dubs that bad. the biggest offence was changing the characters’ names to give them Italian names, but I haven’t seen that happen since the 80′s/early 90′s
you can argue that sometimes the voices are too different from the originals, but I think they make sense in an Italian context, so unless you’re extremely used to the original, they actually sound ok
afaik even the translation/adaptation are well done. people sometimes complain about how “in the original they said another thing” but really, languages are very different and some words can be longer/shorter and that makes dubbing hard. different wording is needed and most of the time it works
I always suggest watching things in their original language anyway, because certain different wording can change some meanings (I remember we talked at lenght about this at the academy, regarding for example the first Avengers movie, where some literal translations ruined some things but I suppose they didn’t know what else to say), but Italians who watch dubbed shit actually get a nice experience anyway
Ti faccio i miei più sinceri complimenti e ti regalo anche un bell'applauso. Bella merda.
