Your Podcast Deserves More Than a Generic Jingle
Let’s get honest for a second. You’ve poured your heart into your podcast. It’s your voice, your ideas, your mission. So why would you open every episode with a jingle that sounds like it came from a stock music bin? We just finished creating a custom jingle for the upcoming Vegan Rescuer Podcast, and wow. What a joyful experience. It’s playful, warm, and totally aligned with the host’s energy…

A sunflower, always manage face the beautiful sun,
Even when the wind and rain grow stronger and tougher,
It still looks forward to the sun’s lovely smile,
Though it was always so painful to wait for the sun, to peak out its stunning face,
The sunflower, had never, and will never regret.
Let It Go, Elsa's Snow Powers and Musical Genious
I've been meaning to make this post for a long time (like since december)
In the beginning of "Let It Go", there's a piano solo. This solo has the high, tinkly notes and low, not exactly resounding, but obviously present low notes.
In my chorus and music theory classes in high school, we learned about leitmotifs (reoccurring musical themes that represent a person or idea, think Peter and the Wolf) and imagery in music. "Let It Go" doesn't have textbook leitmotifs per se, but if we let the high, tinkly parts of the piano part represent snow, and the low notes of the piano part represent Elsa's inhibitions, something magical happens.
At the very beginning of the song, Elsa hasn't 'let go' yet. People know about her powers, and she's scared. The music reflects this: tinkly high parts (representing her snow flurries) and low notes (representing her fears and inhibitions)
Once she finally 'lets go', there's all this tension and build up in the song and you think it's going to be a hard, bass-driven rock song, but it's not. There are only high, tinkly notes. The low, ever-present notes are gone. This means that her fears and inhibitions are gone and only the snow remains.

Once upon a time
There was a story in a rhyme
That told of a true love lost and promise
A flower would sway and dance
Within the gentle breeze
Quiet, patient and waiting
For her love who plays in the trees
Blooming each season
Brought with the chill
It’s hard to find love
When all is left still
Then a lone butterfly comes into sight
Searching for his love
And laid his eyes upon the darling butterfly flower
Who looked as though she came from above
The flower twirled in delight
The wind steady and true
For the butterfly came
His wings a handsome blue
*****
But to her dismay
She could not express anything
For she was only a flower
So her love could only keep waiting
Day and night, he flew by her side
Though all she did was sway
For he loved her very dearly
Though nothing she could say
Soon his wings grew tired
And the flower watched him fall
She only wished to tell him
She loved him most of all
Shortly she began to wither
Wishing again to be by his side
But she was just a flower
And he was a butterfly
*****
Born again, set anew
The butterfly went on his search
He’d find his true love flower
The one atop her lively perch
Days and nights, the hours went by
He found her, his silent butterfly
She stays swaying
Dancing on the breeze
He flew fast to her
Taking the tease
By her side, he smiled
He kept his voice down low
“I promise I’ll never leave you”
He whispered
“I love you more than you know”
Through his teary smile
He saw her petals shine
The wind blew her high in its breeze
Her wings no longer confined
His beautiful butterfly flower
She changed to what she longed to be
Together at last and forever
Their love was bound eternally
HAPPY PEOPLE!
REVOLUTION with a pinch of WIT.
