Okay, y’all. I need some help: I’m tryna buy a computer that I can comfortably play Sims 4 on with the settings on High or Ultra with decent amount of space for custom content. I’m used to Windows laptops and desktops and I’m currently using an Acer.

Do y’all have any ideas?

Okay gays I really need someone with computer knowledge and no ill will to give me a desktop setup recc bc I’m thinking of saving up for one instead of a ps5 (the games I want to play I could play on desktop, plus a computer can do many things a ps5 can’t and I don’t have a working computer anyway, just an old iPad I use for work and my cell phone) BUT I haven’t bought a computer since I went to college 10 years ago so I literally. Don’t know anything anymore. I don’t even know where to start and I don’t trust sales people bc I was one lol

Also since everything I’ve used in the past was apple (for work and junk) I’ve sorta become windows illiterate. Like I used to know at least html and flash but I haven’t used it in so long it’s become a lost language at this point. (Also flash is dead)

Even just a YouTube link would be great I don’t even know where to start

does anyone have laptop recommendations? i currently have an acer aspire m5 from 2013ish. i’m looking for something with at least 8 gigs of ram, 512 gigs of storage, touchscreen, full keyboard. things i do with my laptop typically are school work, video editing, playing sims, watch shows. thank you in advanced :)

Hey, can someone give me some recommendations on a good laptop for college? I'm planning to either major in Biology or Computer Science, and I'd also like a laptop that can run games like PUBG decently. My price range is somewhere in the range of $500-$600, but I'd probably be willing to go up to around $750 if needed. Also, I'd prefer Windows over Mac.

Hey! I need to buy a new computer soon, so I’m looking for recommendations on what to get.  I’m a Computer Science major so hopefully something that has a solid amount of RAM, and I tend to prefer heavier/sturdier laptops (it’s a weird preference, but a lot of those ultralight clamshell new ones feel like they’ll break super easy). If anyone has any recommendations, please hit me up!

Hey artists of tumblr, I want to upgrade my computer at some point so I can get back into digital art, but right now I have an iMac. It's from about 2009, and it's hung in there, but I want to upgrade from photoshop cs4, haha. And I need more RAM. But I'm wondering if there are any good Pcs out there now? I can't afford a new iMac, but I might be able to finance a PC at some point. Researching on Google is giving me a headache. Anyone have recommendations?
