The fact that I've been all night long trying to get a good algorithm for the knapsack problem through genetic programming, just for a 10 elements knapsack, seems to point that this technique is useless for this problem. But it was the homework I got, so here I am.

My program has generated literal hundreds of algorithms, but still hasn't finished 🫠
